Rochester Fast Ferry..
 and the renaissance of Rochester Harbor....


  The arrival of the 'Spirit Of Ontario'...appropriately named,
has changed the Rochester Harbor forever.

A 55,000sf terminal facility built at the Rochester Harbor
will provide ground level restaurant and retail facilities, creating new
life and activity on the riverfront in Rochester. This will be the
center point of a re-development district in Charlotte. BTA Design
Architects provided conceptual designs for the new riverwalk,
streetscape and plazas, working with a local consultant team headed by
LaBella Associates, PC contracted to the City of Rochester.
